Although we've tried to document as much of the online rostering system as we can, we recognize there will always be more questions. The following additional resources are available to you for help with topics not covered here in the online rostering help pages:

Discussion Forum
We have a discussion forum specifically for online rostering discussions. If you post in the forum, please do not include usernames, email addresses, passwords or UPA IDs.

You must be logged into your UPA account to post in the forum.

Please note, that this email address should be used for help with the online rostering system. Other questions, such as those for membership status, waiver status, payments or eligibility should be directed to the info@upa.org email address instead.
